This retired greyhound is more than just handsome—he's a giant, playful teddy bear just waiting to shower you with affection. Zak's favourite things include cuddling up with his favourite people and exploring the world on a walk (he's wonderful on the lead!).

He's a true companion and will be a source of fun and goofy entertainment. While he's a sweetheart who enjoys the company of his respectful greyhound pals, he’s still learning about retired life and finds other small animals a bit too exciting right now, so we have not yet cat tested him.

Zak has done brilliantly in his child tests. He also done well in his small dog test, he was a little excitable at first but soon calms down nicely.

Zak, born December 2022, was formerly know as Lauragh Zac in his racing days at Yarmouth, Dundalk, Lifford, Derry and Tralee. He raced 26 times, his last being on 9th July 2025.
