  • About Spud

    Meet Spud, the handsome black and white Greyhound with unique snowflake markings who is eagerly searching for his forever home!

    This sweet and smart boy is truly a gem, known for his love of a good cuddle and, of course, treats! He'll do anything for a tasty reward, making training a breeze. He’s also a huge fan of his toys, so has requested (demanded is probably the better word) a home with lots of toys to play with!

    Spud gets along well with other Greyhounds. He's also shown to be wonderful with all ages of children.

  • An Ideal Home

    Spud gets along well with greyhounds but can be strong around other breeds as he gets excited to meet them. We are working with him on meeting different breeds to help him learn how to properly react, so far he is doing well with this!

    Spud would be suitable as an only dog in the home or to share with a Sighthound friend. He would be able to live with other breeds after slow introductions and a few meetings between the dogs to ensure they are both happy and comfortable.

  • Granard Spud

    Spud, born September 2022, was formerly known as Granard Spud in his racing days at Cork and Yarmouth. He had 9 races, his last being on 10th June 2024.

    He placed:
