  • About Rocky

    Since arriving at the kennel, Rocky has proven himself to be a dog with immense character and an even bigger heart.

    He has spent the last few weeks charming every person he meets, and it’s impossible not to smile when you see him with his toys. He is toy-crazy, and watching him entertain himself with his favourites is easily the highlight of our day.

    He is a social, happy boy who simply loves being around people, making him a fantastic candidate for a family looking for a truly engaged companion.

    Socially, Rocky is doing brilliantly; he has tested well with other dog breeds and was a superstar in his interaction with a seven year old child.

    While he still has a bit of work to do on his lead manners - as he can be quite a strong boy when he’s excited to get going - he is a quick learner and is quickly improving with this.

    Rocky is a soulful, fun-loving retiree who is more than ready to swap his kennel for a forever home where he can be the centre of attention and the king of the toy box.

  • An Ideal Home

    A home with a secure garden or a secure field nearby where he can zoom around with his favourite toys would be his absolute dream come true.

    Rocky would love a household that can provide him with plenty of human interaction and perhaps a toy box that’s never empty. Most importantly, he needs a family ready to embrace his world-class cuddles and give this wonderful retiree the loyal companionship he clearly craves.

    Rocky is not suitable to be homed with cats.

  • Ragnorak

    Rocky, born 1st January 2021 was formerly know as Ragnorak in his racing days at Yarmouth, Crayford, Romford and Hove & Brighton. He raced 40 times, his last being on 3rd June 2024.
