  • About Doodles

    Our lovely Doodles has returned through absolutely no fault of his own. He was very well loved and looked after in his previous home, but sometimes life takes an unexpected turn, and he now finds himself looking for a new adventure. He is a credit to his previous family, and it’s clear he was a cherished member of the household.

    We have given Doodles some time to settle back into the routine here and have retested him just as we do with all of our residents. We are so happy to report that he hasn’t changed one bit; he is still the same happy, sweet, and playful boy who brings a smile to everyone he meets. He has been living in a home with children since November and absolutely adores them, proving himself to be a gentle and patient companion who thrives in a family environment. He did perfectly when we retested him with our 3 year old volunteer and he was happy to stick by her side as she walked him around the kennels.

    Doodles is a social lad who gets along well with other dogs and is a total dream to walk on a lead, making every outing a pleasure. He is easily won over with his favourite toys and a few tasty treats, and he is now more than ready to find a new sofa to curl up on. Doodles is a "ready-made" family dog with a heart of gold, and he is simply waiting for a loving new family to continue the wonderful life he’s been used to.

  • An Ideal Home

    We would love to find Doodles a fun home to match his personality.

    He would suit a wide variety of homes and would be happy being the only dog in the home or sharing with others.

    Doodles is not suitable to live with cats.

  • Pyrus

    Doodles, born 03/05/23, was formerly know as Pyrus in his racing days at Yarmouth. He raced 18 times, his last being on 3rd November 2025.
